Returns and complaints

We know that sometimes there is a need to return or make a claim about a product. If the product is not to your liking or is broken, we will be happy to help.

If you purchased goods from our online store as a consumer (there is no identification number on the invoice), then in accordance with § 1829 para. 1 of the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving reasons. You can exercise this right if the product for some reason does not suit you or does not meet your expectations. Goods returned after the statutory period (14 days) must not be used, expired, partially or completely used up, or damaged beyond normal inspection of the goods upon receipt.
