AGAT Jewellery s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") values your trust and cares about preserving the privacy of its Buyers (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"). Our goal is to protect your data, including personal data, during its processing.

The Company processes all personal data in full compliance with the legal and legislative provisions governing the protection of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) № 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Act № 110/2019 Coll, Act № 111/2019 Coll, amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Act on the processing of personal data, Act № 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, Act № 127/2005 Coll. on the element of information society services, Act № 127/2005 Coll. on the information society services, and Act № 127/2005 Coll. on the information society services.

In case of purchasing goods on agatstore.cz, the Company will process the Buyer's personal data in the scope of name, surname, e-mail address, contact phone number and delivery address, if the goods are to be delivered to the address specified in the order.

The Company will process the aforementioned personal data of the Buyers for the purpose of execution of the concluded sales contract, delivery of the ordered goods and, finally, for the purpose of protection of its rights and legally protected interests consisting in protection against any legal proceedings arising from the concluded sales contracts.

The Company will process the Buyers' personal data independently. In case of delivery of ordered goods to the address specified in the order, at the Buyer's request, the Company will also provide the Buyer's personal data (including name, surname, contact phone number and delivery address) to the relevant carrier.

The processing of the bank account details provided by the Buyer will be carried out by the Company without transferring them to third parties. In order to protect the privacy of our Buyers, the Company does not sell or transfer names and addresses and e-mail addresses to any other companies.

The aforementioned rights as well as complaints may be exercised by the Buyers whose personal data are processed by the Company in writing or by e-mail to the Company using the following contact information:
